Analysis of property transactions, cash flows, deal information and collection of market data.
Assistance in the preparation of sale pitches (cash-flow modelling, risk analysis, sale strategy formulation).
Participation in all stages of the sale or acquisition process (underwriting of investment opportunities, marketing of an asset, asset visits, due diligence management).
Participation in client meetings, managing client databases and updating data sources.
More senior candidates will be expected to lead processes from origination through to execution and to develop business for the department.
Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Civil Engineering or a similar field
RICS or CFA accreditation is a major advantage for more senior candidates
Fluent spoken and written English and Czech language
High motivation and willingness to learn and grow as part of an international team
Organized, proactive, responsible and hardworking
